Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the AeroVision application for AeroVision LEX, Flight Path Academy, and AeroVision Pro. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are provisioned and assigned roles by staff; access is scoped to your company and role.
Operational & safety agreements
Flight training, rental, and pilot-services use may require you to sign company agreements (such as a liability waiver, rental or policy agreement, or pilot-services contract) before booking or flying. Those signed agreements, your aircraft checkout requirements, and all FAA and company safety rules apply in addition to these terms. Pilots remain responsible for the safe and legal operation of every flight.
Bookings, billing & payments
Bookings are subject to approval, aircraft availability, document and currency requirements, and maintenance status. Flights are billed from recorded readings at the rates in effect on the flight date; invoices, statements, deposits, and any late-cancellation or fee policies are shown in the app. Card payments are handled by our payment provider. You are responsible for charges on your account.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for its intended aviation-operations purpose. Do not attempt to access data outside your role or company, disrupt the service, or misuse other people’s information.
Assumption of risk & disclaimers
Aviation involves inherent risks. AeroVision provides software to support operations and recordkeeping; it does not operate aircraft and is not responsible for flight operations, maintenance decisions, instruction, or the conduct of any pilot, instructor, owner, or company. Figures such as estimated withholdings, projections, weight-and-balance aids, and currency indicators are estimates to be verified against authoritative sources before you rely on them. The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AeroVision and its companies, owners, and staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from flight operations, aircraft use, reliance on app figures, or service interruptions. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or company policy. You may stop using the service at any time; certain records will be retained as required for accounting, tax, and legal purposes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
